Once inside there are 2 guards in the room where Hayamoto Jr. There are 2 guarding the door so you have to kill them. The easiest way to do this is to kill every guard you see on your way to the target. I suggest that you kill them with a silenced weapon. MISSION 6: TRACKING HAYAMOTO There are two guards standing at the front of where you start behind and 1 walking down the road. Once out the front door walk to your boat. Shoot him in the head (if silent assassin rank). On your map look for your first target, the general. MISSION 5: INVITATION TO A PARTY This mission is easiest if you walk. Rescue the hostage and head to the sewers and use the mini bomb. Go into the room with the glass and shoot the colonel. Now head to basement 2 and kill all the guards before the general.
